March 7, 2015 The ROC Slopestyle Competition Ages 6-14yrs+. Registration is FREE and there lots of cool prizes to be won. Come out and show off your skills! Please view the Event Poster for more information. To participate, please fill out the Registration Form and Photo Waiver and submit in advance by e-mail, fax 905-476-7492, or in-person at the Civic Centre - Recreation & Culture Department. Registrants will be accepted on the day of the event at the administration table between 10 and 11 AM.

March 8, 2015 Georgina Girls Hockey Association Open House at the Georgina Ice Palace starting at 3:30 PM. All ages and abilities are welcome to come and enjoy a FREE on ice open skate, meet current players, families, and coaches, as well as learn about girls hockey programs in Georgina. Helmets required, bring your equipment if possible. Goalie equipment available to try.
March 13, 2015 The Tribute Show, featuring the Legends of Rock & Roll and Country Music, presented by Celsk Benefit Promotions Inc. at The Stephen Leacock Theatre starting at 8 PM. This incredible show recreates the talents of over 15 musical superstars with over 80 costume changes and a spectacular sound and light show. March 19, 2015 It's time to get creative for the 3rd Annual Cardboard Toboggan Races at The ROC! Register by contacting the Recreation & Culture Department at 905-476-4301, Ext. 2354. March 23, 2015 Boston Pizza Keswick is hosting a Music Bingo Night fundraiser for Hospice Georgina starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $25.00 each for a dinner, which includes your choice of Chicken Parmesan or Tuscan Linguini with salad, dessert, and coffee/tea or a soft drink. March 28, 2015 Easter Food Bank Drive: York Regional Police and Keswick Community Policing Volunteers will be holding a food drive in support of the Georgina Community Food Pantry from 9 AM to 4 PM at Zehrs in Keswick.

April 18, 2015 Swing Dance Concert: Come and enjoy classic big band music at Ravenshoe United Church starting at 3 or 7 PM. Tickets are $15 and include refreshments and several swing band classics presented by members of the Toronto Youth Wind Orchestra under the direction of Colin Clarke. May 23, 2015 Georgina Salutes: It's a day for the community to honour and remember the sacrifices made by those who serve our country. Enjoy a day of non-stop music, restored military vehicles, hunger satisfying BBQ'd food, face painting for the kids, exhibitions from re-enactors, and a silent auction. It will also feature active service personnel from The Queens York Rangers who will bring an array of military hardware, including their reconnaissance "G-Wagon". June 6, 2015 Youth-a-Palooza: An excellent opportunity for the youth in Georgina to come out and explore youth orientated activities. Free fun, prizes and entertainment at the Georgina Ice Palace (90 Wexford Road, Keswick) from 11 AM to 3 PM.
June 20, 2015 Georgina Gathering: Enjoy Highland Dancing, pipers, heavy events, tug of war, vendors, live music, Georgina's largest ever yard sale, refreshments, native drums, and fun for the whole family. Admission is FREE and parking is $10. Sutton Fairgrounds (1 Fairpark Lane, Sutton) from 9 AM to 5 PM. Donations of cash and non-perishable food items are being accepted in support of the Georgina Community Food Pantry.
June 27, 2015 Music In The Streets Festival: FREE live entertainment throughout the day, including students from Connors Music, local bands, choirs, and theatre groups. Uptown Keswick Shopping Area starting at 10 AM.
June 27, 2015 Legacy "Pan AM" Pow Wow hosted by the Biindigen Gallery of the Georgina Arts Centre and Gallery at the Markham Civic Centre (101 Town Centre Boulevard, Markham) from 11 AM to 9 PM.

July 1, 2015 Canada Day Celebration: Join us for a day of exciting festivities for the whole family. Enjoy live entertainment, children's activities, inflatables, food, and so much more. July 11 & 12, 2015 Purple Turtle Arts Festival: Local artists and artisans, as well as those from around Ontario, will be displaying their outstanding paintings, sculptures, pottery, glass, jewellery, native arts, photography, and woodcraft. August 14 & 15, 2015 SPLASH Lake Simcoe's Floating Water Festival presents THE BEACH BASH. This free event is the year's most delightful opportunity to enjoy one of Lake Simcoe's very best beaches. Play on the beach, picnic, enjoy live music, and experience a wealth of fun water sports, art, and learning for kids of all ages. August 15, 2015 Painted Perch Festival: Jackson's Point Village Association BIA will be hosting their 3rd Annual Painted Perch Festival in the Jackson's Point Parkette (Dalton Road and Lake Drive). It will be an afternoon and evening of fun and excitement for the whole family. The kids can enjoy games, crafts, face painting, and live music featuring lots of local talent. Don't forget to check out all of the wonderful handcrafted perch and vote for your favorite! There will also be an array of vendors, artisans, and some great food and drinks to enjoy.

September 26 & 27, 2015 Georgina Studio Tour: For the 21st year, follow the Georgina Studio Tour signs through Keswick, Sutton, Jackson's Point, and Pefferlaw to experience "A Wonderful Local Adventure" of our area artists.

October 22, 2015 One Dark Night: Come and see what haunts Georgina through this interactive multimedia experience about Georgina's eerie past. The evening features local ghosts and chilling stories. Informational presentation by the Georgina Paranormal Society and Psychic Medium, Angel Lanthier. The Stephen Leacock Theatre (130 Gwendolyn Blvd., Keswick) from 7 PM to 9 PM. Cost: $7.50 +HST.
October 24, 2015 Family Fright Fiesta: Visit Georgina Pioneer Village (26557 Civic Centre Road, Keswick) in the dark of night as we bring it to life in the spirit of the Halloween season. There will be lots of activities for the whole family from 5:30 PM to 9 PM! Crafts and pumpkins while quantities last.
October 31, 2015 Halloween Haunt - Halloween Ghost Walk: The Sutton BIA presents thrills and chills for ghost hunters young and old with a tour through the haunted nooks and crannies of Sutton (High Street, Sutton).

November 14, 2015 Keswick Santa Claus Parade: Dress up in your winter woollies and join us for this year's parade as Santa comes to town.
November 21, 2015 Festival of Lights: Enjoy the magic and splendour of the holiday season as we light up the Civic Centre grounds in this annual event. Take part in sing-alongs with Mayor & Council, a visit with Santa, and witness the unveiling of the lights. It's an event you won't want to miss! December 5, 2015 Sutton Santa Claus Parade of Lights: This sparkling parade starts at 5 p.m. in Jackson's Point, moving down Dalton Road to High Street then ending at the Sutton Fairgrounds.
