Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Highlights
  • At the end of the current year, an estimated payment for the new year will be calculated and a notice mailed to you
  • Your payment will be reviewed in July each year when the budgets for the Town, Region and Ministry of Education are set and your actual taxes have been calculated.
  • The final tax billing is mailed to you in July for your records with notice of any adjustment to your payment based on the actual taxes.
  • If you are moving to a new property within the Town, your pre-authorized payment may, in most cases, be transferred without interruption.
  • There are no service charges currently levied by the Town for participation in this payment plan.
