Town Council has proclaimed the month of March, 2023, as NATIONAL EPILEPSY AWARENESS MONTH, the time of year where epilepsy communities across Canada come together to raise awareness about epilepsy. This proclamation is an opportunity to educate the public that seizures do not define a person; individuals living with epilepsy are loving parents and spouses, fun children, productive employees, learning students, thriving talented individuals and most of all, friends.
