Fall Flavours - Pies Pies Pies!

Doesn't everyone love pie?

The fall harvest means pies must be made...it has to be law somewhere. So we'll show you 3 amazing and easy pie recipes that you can gift, freeze, or just enjoy yourself!

Each Fall Flavours workshop will focus on different fall harvest delights so take them all!

Thursday, Nov. 3 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. Register

Young Adult Chef - 15 - 18 years

For those 15-18 that love to cook and are looking for more...Our professionally trained Chef instructor will explore and elevate your cooking knowledge and skills. You'll be fascinated with a whole world of techniques and recipes that are so important to the foodie culture!

Note: This is a four-session program. Please bring a container for take-home treats.

Wednesdays, Nov. 23 to Dec. 14 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. Register

Teen Chef

We want to inspire all those young chefs out there in our beautiful kitchen that provides a perfect environment for hands-on experience. Our professionally trained instructor will cover basics like safe equipment handling and food storage. Then they'll explore a world of techniques and recipes that will surely spark their creativity!

Note: This is a five-session program with a skip date on Sunday, Nov. 27th. Please bring a container for take-home treats!

Sundays, Oct. 30 to Dec. 4 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Register

Spanish Holiday

This is a combo! Learn the basics of the Spanish language and culture just in time for that holiday you're dreaming of in this four-week program, and you'll get out of the classroom and into the kitchen to learn some Spanish cuisine!

Our Spanish instructor is well versed and has lots of interesting tidbits to share!

Butter Boards and More Workshop

The very latest food trend is here at The Link Kitchen...and what on earth are butter boards? Exactly what you think...smeared flavoured butters and dips along with an unexpected variety of toppings and dippers...it's almost like the cousin to the charcuterie board!

Our Chef has some pretty cool boards to show you like the Smores Board...do we need to say more? This workshop is a must for you foodie hosts!

The Art of Charcuterie Workshop

Dating back to 15th century France, the charcuterie board is now a staple for impressive gatherings, restaurants and beyond.

Our Chef will enlighten you on the many, many versions and artful design of these trendy boards...there is so much more to them than you think.... After this, they'll be your 'go to' at a moment's notice.

Holiday Appetizers Workshops

We get it...from decorating, shopping, getting the tree and organizing your get-togethers you don't have time to get creative or look up new appetizer ideas...let us do that for you.

Our chef will introduce really, really good appetizers that your guests...or just you, will love and keep them coming back! Try them while decorating your tree or hosting that holiday party or make a meal out of them when you're tired of all the big meals (don't we all do that?)
