Season Pass benefits
All Season Pass holders receive the following benefits:
- Unlimited tubing, skiing and snowboarding during operational hours
- Dedicated lift line ups
- Early registration for all snow school lessons
- Discounts and savings on ski and snowboard lessons
- Discounts on holidays, PA Day and March Break camps
- Travel to the ROC with YRT at no additional charge. Just show your ROC Season Pass to the bus operator as proof of payment

Season Pass holders will not be required to reserve tickets online, however, all attendees (including season pass holders) will be required to check in at the outdoor ticket office window upon arrival.
Picking up your season's pass
Before the season-opening season passes can be picked up in advance at the Georgina Leisure Pool or Club 55 Keswick. All season pass holders must be present at the time of pickup, as a photo of the pass holder will be taken.
Once the ROC is open for the season, season passes can be picked up on your first visit to the ROC. Check-in at our ticket windows to get your pass. All season pass holders must be present at the time of pickup, as a photo of the pass holder will be taken.
Refunds and transfers
Refund/transfer policy:
- All season pass membership cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
- If your card has been lost or stolen a replacement card can be purchased for $5
- A person may not utilize another member’s card
- If the original pass holder is not the person presenting the pass, we reserve the right to confiscate the pass, and will return it to the original cardholder

Should the Government of Ontario, the Ministry of Health, and/or other provincial or local public health authorities require/force the closure of regular operations at the ROC for longer than a 14-day consecutive period due to COVID-19 State of Emergency guidelines; the ROC will extend to its Season Pass holders the following:
