Please Note:

  • All pricing is subject to HST.
  • Applicable discounts will be applied automatically at checkout (discounted rates may not be reflected in your shopping cart prior to payment).
  • A minimum height of 40 inches is required for snow tubing participation.
  • Season pass holders are not required to reserve tickets online. However, all guests, including season pass holders, must check in at the outdoor ticket window upon arrival for each visit.
  • A CSA-approved snow sports helmet is mandatory for all skiing and snowboarding activities at the ROC.
  • A CSA-approved snow sports helmet is strongly recommended for all snow tubing participants.

Receiving your season pass

To receive your season pass, all pass holders must:

  • Submit a completed Season Pass Liability Agreement for each pass holder.
  • Provide a current photo of each season pass holder.

Following receipt and processing of all required documentation, season passes will be mailed directly to the purchaser's address. Alternatively, passes may be picked up upon request.

Please note: Pre-purchased season passes will begin being mailed to pass holders starting in November 2026.

Pass pickup options

A limited in-person pickup option will be available for those who are unable to receive their pass by mail. Passes may be picked up:

  • During the ROC Open House on Saturday, Dec. 12 (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.).
  • During our ROC Early Rental Equipment Fitting Nights on Monday, Dec. 14 (5 p.m. – 7 p.m.) and Wednesday, Dec. 16 (5 p.m. – 7 p.m.).
  • At the ROC Ticket Office once the ROC has opened for the winter season (opening day to be determined).

Exceptions and exclusionary dates

Please note that ROC Season Passes are not valid on the following dates and times during the 2026/27 winter season:

  • Saturday, Dec. 26 (Boxing Day)
  • Thursday, Dec. 31 (New Years Eve) *passes not valid between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., see exceptions below for this date.
  • Friday, Jan. 1 (New Years Day)
  • Monday, Feb. 15 (Family Day) *passes not valid between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., see exceptions below for this date.

Season Pass holders may access the ROC on the following dates and times; however, dedicated season pass lift lines will not be available:

  • Thursday, Dec. 31 (New Years Eve) *passes valid only between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Fe. 6 (SnoFest)
  • Saturday, Feb. 13 (Family Day weekend)
  • Sunday, Feb. 14 (Family Day weekend)
  • Monday, Feb. 15 (Family Day) *passes valid only between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Thursday, Feb. 18 (Sponsored event)

Refund, transfer and usage policy

  • ROC season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Community Services Department (georginaroc@georgina.ca).  
  • All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee per family per transaction or a credit will remain on the family account at no charge.
  • If your season pass is lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement pass may be purchased for $25.00.
  • Season passes may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued.
  • Season pass holders may be required to present identification upon request.
  • Any attempt to use another person's season pass is strictly prohibited.
  • If a pass is presented by anyone other than the registered pass holder, the Town reserves the right to confiscate the pass and return it to the registered owner. 
  • Misuse of a Season Pass may result in the suspension or revocation of pass privileges without refund.
  • Non-attendance by a pass holder does not constitute a notice of withdrawal or warrant a refund.
