As part of the Alice Avenue Drainage Improvements Project, gas utility upgrades are scheduled to begin on Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, and are expected to take approximately four weeks to complete. This work will include the installation of a new gas main along the north side of Alice Avenue and the transition of services on the north side of Alice Avenue to the new main.
Connections to the new gas main for properties on the north side of Alice Avenue are anticipated to take place within approximately one to two weeks. Enbridge will provide advance notice directly to affected residents to coordinate service connections and the relighting of gas appliances at a convenient time.
Ditch and driveway restoration work along Alice Avenue will proceed following completion of the utility work.
