Agendas, meeting minutes and broadcast archives
Agendas are normally available online on the Thursday preceding the posted meeting date. Meeting minutes are the official record of all meetings and are available for download once they have been approved by Council and have been released by the Clerk’s Division for online posting. The live broadcasts are archived upon meeting completion and can be viewed at a later time.
Town of Georgina Council meetings are available in person in the Council chamber as well as online. This flexible hybrid model allows staff members, Council members and the public to participate in person or virtually.
Council meetings are broadcast through the Town’s live streaming tool. Anyone interested in speaking during the public portion of the meeting may attend in person or virtually. To participate virtually, pre-registration is required. To pre-register for a meeting, a Request to Speak Form must be submitted to the Clerks Division by noon the day before the meeting. To learn more about attending or participating in a Council meeting, and to find the Request to Speak form, visit georgina.ca/CouncilMeetings.
