Town Council has proclaimed October 1, 2026, as National Seniors Day throughout the Town of Georgina in recognition of the many contributions of older adults to our community and to participate in activities that celebrate seniors, promote healthy and active aging, foster inclusion and accessibility and honour the dignity, experience and leadership of older persons.
