The Lake Drive Multi-Use Pathway (MUP) is returning during the week of May 25. Seasonal bollards, signage and traffic controls will be installed over three to four days starting at the east end at South Drive during the week of May 25. Located on Lake Drive East, from Civic Centre Road to South Drive, the pathway offers a safe and enjoyable space for all. The north lane along Lake Simcoe features a multi-use pathway, perfect for walking, cycling and enjoying the scenic views. The south lane is a one-way eastbound vehicular lane. Large groups of cyclists are to use the eastbound one-way side for vehicle traffic. The multi-use pathway is designated for pedestrians and passive cyclists. Visit georgina.ca/LakeDrive to learn more.
