Members of the public can continue to participate virtually during this period. In-person attendance will not be available until the transition is complete. Participate
Public consultation is an important part of the Council and Committee process. If you wish to speak at Council or Committee meetings you must first complete one of the following forms:
- Delegation Request Form – Complete this form if you wish to speak or make a presentation regarding an item that is not listed on a Council agenda. Delegations are limited to five minutes. A five-minute extension to speak may be decided by a majority vote of Council. Regardless of participation method, Delegation Request Forms must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on the Monday 10 days prior to the Wednesday meeting to pre-register.
- Request to Speak Form - Complete this form to request to speak at a Council meeting on an agenda item. Speakers may speak once for up to five minutes. Virtual requests must be submitted by noon the day before the meeting.
- Committee of Adjustment Request to Speak Form
Be advised, the name and address of anyone submitting comments will appear in the public record and will be posted online following the meeting.
