Looking for a tree-rific reason to get outside this fall? Help LEAF green up Willow Wharf!

 

Join Local Enhancement and Appreciation of Forests's (LEAF) for some family-friendly fun planting native trees and shrubs at Willow Wharf in Georgina. Make a day of it and visit Georgina beaches and waterfront parks!

 

For this event, LEAF has teamed up with the Town of Georgina as part of the EAB (Emerald Ash Borer) removal and replacement strategy to restore and strengthen Georgina’s tree canopy while increasing local biodiversity. 

This event is supported by Trees for Life, Town of Georgina and York Region (The Regional Municipality of York).

Note: parking for this event is at Clearwater Farm not at Willow Wharf Park
