Town Cuncil has proclaimed the month of March, 2026 as 'Epilepsy Awareness Month' and March 26th as 'Purple Day' throughout the Town of Georgina in support of Epilepsy York Region, a non-profit organization supporting individuals and their families living with epilepsy through advocating, supporting, educating and promoting public awareness and developing programs for those with epilepsy.
