Town Council has proclaimed December 1-8 as the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women to honour the Day and endorsed the flying of its Wrapped In Courage flag to provide a visual reminder of our collective responsibility to support survivors, promote safety and work towards ending violence against women.
