As part of the Stephen Leacock Theatre of Performing Arts Education Series, a limited number of tickets are now available to the public for a special Black History Month presentation on Friday, Feb. 6 at 10:30 a.m.

 

Award winning TEDx speaker, Shaun Boothe and the Unauthorized Biography Series is a high-energy, documentary-style hip hop performance that brings the stories of influential figures such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Barack Obama, Serena Williams and Muhammad Ali to life through spoken word, music and storytelling. The performance runs approximately 50 to 55 minutes, followed by a short Q and A.

 

Tickets are $18 plus HST. Quantities are limited.
