- Payment of $53 (tax included) due at time of booking.
- Payments are non-refundable unless 21 days written notification of cancellation is provided.
- Balance of the rental is due two (2) weeks prior to date of event.
- Proof of insurance must be provided or purchased on all rentals.
- Key pickup is required on the last business day before the event at the Civic Centre and must be promptly returned the following day, either directly at the Civic Centre or via the drop box located at the front door.

Kin Community Hall Rates
General Rental - $46.55 +HST per hour
Non-profit rental with sales (minimum 3 hours) - $88.25 +HST per hour
For-profit rental/Sales (minimum 3 hours) - $120.75 +HST per hour
Private Event (with/without alcohol) - $481.50 +HST per 12 hours (2 p.m. to 2 a.m.)
Tournament - $264.75 +HST per day
*All hourly general rentals with alcohol will be subject to an alcohol surcharge of 55% per hour (For example: $45.20+55% = $70.06 +HST per hour).
Security/Damage Deposit
Licensed/Commercial events - $300-$500
Trade/ Craft Shows - $100-$300
Non-Licensed rentals - $50-$100
