Remembrance Day services 
Lest we forget. Everyone is invited to attend the Remembrance Day ceremonies –  
Sunday, Nov. 9
- 10:30 a.m. at the Sutton Cenotaph
- 1:30 p.m. at the Keswick Cenotaph
- 3:30 p.m. at the Pefferlaw Lions Hall
Tuesday, Nov. 11
- 10:30 a.m. at the Sutton Cenotaph
- 10:30 a.m. at the Keswick Cenotaph
All ceremonies will feature a moment of silence, wreath laying and speeches from local dignitaries.
Be a Santa to a Senior
Make a difference in the life of a senior during the holiday season by being a Santa to a Senior. Help the Town provide Christmas gifts for each long-term care resident at Cedarvale Lodge and River Glen Haven. From Nov. 12 to Dec. 10, select a Christmas wish tag from one of the local storefront locations, shop for your gift, and deliver the unwrapped and unsigned gift back to the store. The locations are Canadian Tire (Keswick), Shoppers Drug Mart (Keswick), Shoppers Drug Mart (Sutton) and Giant Tiger (Sutton). 
Georgina Kinsmen’s Keswick Santa Claus Parade
The unofficial kick off to the holiday season arrives in Keswick on Saturday, Nov. 15 with the Georgina Kinsmen’s Santa Claus parade. It starts at 1:30 p.m. and travels north on Woodbine Avenue from Dovedale Drive to Wexford Drive. Visit georgina.ca/events to register your float.
Link Winter Market
Join us at the Link Winter Market on Sunday, Nov. 16 and Sunday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Discover unique treasures and fresh produce from local artisans while enjoying live music and hands-on crafts, and an unforgettable shopping experience.
Food for Swim Holiday Food Drive
Donate to a good cause and swim for free. The Food for Swim Holiday Food Drive takes place on Thursday, Nov. 20 at the Georgina Leisure Pool from 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and at the Multi-Use Recreation Complex on Friday, Nov. 21 from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45pm p.m. Bring two non-perishable food items to the public swim and you swim free. All donations go to the Georgina Food Pantry. Wristband policy applies.
Vintage Christmas
Experience the magic of Vintage Christmas at Georgina Village Museum on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Enjoy a festive celebration filled with nostalgic holiday charm, featuring Santa at the train station, crafts in the schoolhouse, a cozy bonfire and holiday storytelling. Capture memories with photo opportunities, explore holiday lights and enjoy more seasonal activities. The holiday festivities continue from Nov. 30, 2025 to Jan. 4, 2026. Visit the village from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for a magical stroll through enchanting holiday lights. Enjoy family-friendly fun, including photo ops, a snowman scavenger hunt and a special holiday program.
Stephen Leacock Theatre of Performing Arts presents 40th season celebration featuring Encore Choir
Join us for a memorable afternoon as the Stephen Leacock Theatre of Performing Arts celebrates its 40th season. This special milestone event on Dec. 7 at 3 p.m., will feature a captivating performance by the Encore Choir, showcasing the spirit and talent that have defined the theatre for four decades. After the performance, guests are invited to a celebratory reception to toast to the past, present, and bright future of Stephen Leacock Theatre. Georgina's drop-in programs have something for everyone – no registration needed. Visit georgina.ca/drop-in. Spend the Nov. 21 PA Day at the Multi-Use Recreation Complex. ROC season pass
Get your ROC early bird season pass before Oct. 31 and save big on the 2025/26 winter season. Starting from $79 +HST, the pass includes unlimited tubing, skiing and snowboarding all winter long.
