Spring into fun this March in the Town of Georgina

The countdown is on for the arrival of spring. Until then, there is still plenty to do in Georgina. From March Break activities and Taste of Georgina to the Link Market – Spring Edition and recreation programs, there is something for everyone.

Taste of Georgina
The Taste of Georgina is an annual culinary celebration that invites food lovers to explore the diverse, delicious and one-of-a-kind cuisine the Town has to offer. It continues until March 15, 2026. Everyone is encouraged to visit the participating restaurants and explore their uniquely crafted menus. 

Registration for spring recreation programs and summer camps
Are you looking for fun spring activities and summer camps? There is a great line up of recreation, culture and leadership programs, as well as summer camps for all ages and abilities. Check them out online and see what we have in store for you. Registration for residents opens March 3 at 8:30 a.m. and for non-residents on March 10 at 8:30 a.m. Visit georgina.ca/recreation for more. 

March Break  
Are you looking to keep your family busy during March Break? We’ve got you covered. There are lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. 

Feel like a swim? Take a dip at a public swim at the Georgina Leisure Pool or the Multi-Use Recreation Complex. There are many opportunities to choose from. 

Check out the variety of public skate opportunities available at the Georgina Ice Palace and Sutton Arena or Pefferlaw Ice Pad.

The ROC will be open daily from March 16 to March 20 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for tubing, snowboarding and skiing and snowshoeing or free tobogganing, weather permitting.

Throughout March Break, Georgina Public Library will offer a variety of fun and exciting programs at all four branches. And, of course, the library always has books, movies and more available to download, stream, or take home to enjoy with your family.

Experience Georgina Village Museum this March Break. Enjoy a guided tour of select historic buildings, participate in a scavenger hunt, then wrap up with an interactive heritage activity

The ROC
Family fun starts here. Tube for $30 at the ROC from Wednesday to Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Be sure to join us on the last day of the season for the annual Puddle Jump, weather permitting. 

The Link Market – Spring Edition 
Join us for the Link Market – Spring Edition on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy this popular one-of-a-kind shopping experience right in the heart of Georgina. Find gifts and treasures from local artisans, chefs, gardeners, farmers and more. Enjoy live music, hand-on crafts and a memorable shopping experience.
