Working as an election worker is a meaningful way to support the democratic process and assist voters during the 2026 Municipal Election.
The Town of Georgina’s Clerk’s Division is seeking individuals to work on Advance Voting Days and Voting Day. Election workers will have the opportunity to gain experience, work with a variety of people and engage with the public in an important municipal process.
Previous election experience is welcome but not required. Training will be provided for successful applicants.
Applicants must be available on the following dates and times:
- Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Available positions include:
- Poll Supervisor
- Deputy Returning Officer
- Tabulator Officer
- Revision Clerk
- Information Officer
