We offer swimming lessons based on the Canadian Red Cross Swim curriculum. These lessons are a comprehensive "Learn to Swim" program for all ages and abilities. There are opportunities to learn in a group, semi-private, private or family format. Red Cross Swim teaches all five strokes, promotes fitness and endurance, and gives swimmers lifelong skills to safely enjoy other aquatic pursuits. Beach and adapted swimming lessons are also available.
